Topping Triple J’s Unearthed charts seven times made The Lyrical the rising star of the Sunshine Coast music scene. The Queensland North Coast has always bred great new talent, and the hip hop reggae scene is no different. The Lyrical follows in the footsteps of Ben Harper, Bob Marley, Michael Franti and Xavier Rudd.
A mix of beat boxing, folk guitar and gritty lyrics has made this act one of the hottest tickets in town. Having toured Australia and overseas, The Lyrical now brings the show to The Bruns. Expect acoustic, roots and hip hop vibes that get you swaying and singing along. A full band show and DJ keep the night going after the set.
