Regged’ up funk rockers ‘The Floating Bridges’ have just returned from their debut international tour of the UK on the back of releasing their 2nd album ‘Creatures of Leisure’!

Generating fans across the world with their relentless touring, messages of cultural respect, solidarity, and an all-round creation of ‘good vibes,’ TFB are an ever evolving group with strong connections to community and country. Their music has become a vessel for positive change in the world, and is an enduring voice for the people, the land and all its creations.

The band, who formed in 2009, base themselves in the hills of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Their relaxed and peaceful lifestyle, together with influences from The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Powderfinger, Led Zeppelin and Katchafire, all blend together to give you ‘The Floating Bridges’ experience – high energy ripping guitar licks mixed with earthy percussive beats and catchy lyrics.

Throughout their career, ‘The Floating Bridges’ have supported the likes of the John Butler Trio, Katchafire and Jimmy Barnes, while performing at countless music festivals across the globe, including Boomtown Fair (Hampshire, UK), Secret Garden Party (UK), Big Pineapple Music Festival and Woodford Folk Festival in 2015 alone.
